Returns & Replacements

At Sneakify all sales are final. Sneakify will only replace the product in case the product received is Damaged, Defective or Incorrect. In case any unfortunate situation takes place in the course of delivery then we would ask the customer to percentage a few valid proof if they need a replacement. (eg Unboxing Video of the parcel honestly showing the initial opening of the seal. Our crew will appearance forward and addressing your trouble within 7 working days. Sneakify has the right to refuse the substitute. The customer is required to inform the problem inside 24hrs of delivery via E-Mail.
Refund & Cancellation
Currently,  we are offering cancellation only on those orders which are not dispatched.
No cancellation on In-Transit Orders. The amount will be credited to the customer's bank account within 7-10 working days. We do not charge any cancellation fees.
